When people tell me I look gay
because of the clothes I’m wearing! Like really, are you saying I dress really nice like a gay man (I’ll take that as a compliment!) or I look bad because what I’m wearing would only be fit for a gay man (so dumb I know why can’t a straight man like me wear this then?!) Why do people say that?! It’s so weird and makes me feel so awkward when people say that! How am I supposed to respond? “Ok I’ll try to dress as straight as I can tomorrow then.” I really REALLY dislike when people say that, not because I supposedly look like a gay man, but I hate the fact that the person saying that, has some sort of negativity towards gays. Please, there are other synonyms to describe what I wear! For instance, feminine, metro, or maybe perhaps flamboyant! Idk…
